Job Description

Setting up of the overall training structure across PAN India.
Preparing annual Training budgets, Training planner, Training calendar and training MIS. Prepare/produce cost-benefit analysis of all training & development programs & materials.
Designing & Developing Training content, SOP Manual and other training aids for the operations team to work effectively.
Develop training material for new product Launch in market as per the marketing calendar. Conduct new product training.
Conducting effective workshops on soft skills/Sales effectiveness/Customer orientation/supervisory skill enhancement, induction and orientation session.
Designing and delivery of Management Development Training Programs (Developing Champions).
Identifying & developing in-store trainers by facilitating Train the Trainer modules for them.
Drive Internal development Program for the identification, training and development of employees to fill future managerial positions.

Ten year of experience in handling different aspect of Learning and development & operations management in QSR industry. A proven track record of influencing significant improvements in learning processes, manpower productivity, product quality, and customer satisfaction while reducing costs, lowering turnover, and maintaining a positive work culture.

Conduct regular one -on-one coaching and training workshop for manager to improve performance and efficiency. Conduct Regular audits focused on People, Process, product and system implementation thus positively impacting restaurant performance and customer experience.

Monitoring People, Product, Process and equipment in the region to ensure targets on Profit and Loss (P&L) Balance score cards (BSC), CRM, employee turnover and retention are met.
Work closely with Restaurant Managers to keep store ready to deliver WOW experience to customer, drive customer focused culture and promptly resolve any escalated customer complaints.
Lead performance management process through bench planning, performance feedback, timely performance appraisals, driving recognition culture, meaningful training and development planning and resolving workplace disputes.
Drive marketing for the area by giving input to Restaurant managers on LSM, marketing calendar, corporate calls and by working closely with marketing team on bulk orders.
Ensure Restaurants in region are ready to pass all internal and external audits and adhere to all the compliance.
Continuously coach RGMs to achieve sales target and meet COS, COL & COSV budgets.

Responsible for flagship implementation of structured Training program in the organization, development of different training modules as per the needs of organization which included modules on Standard operating procedure, selling skills, delivering WOW customer service, Product training, Quality training and company induction.
