Job Description

Job Responsibilities of Asst Training Manager:

Responsible for developing and conducting entire training cycle for the region
Preparing training strategy focused on the company values, customer feedback and KSA aspect of the associates
Preparation & execution of the training calendar for the region
Formulating and allocating budgets in line with the annual training plan for the region
Organizing and conducting employee inductions and training sessions
Responsible for new joiners onboarding experience
Monitor new joiners performance at the outlets for a month ensuring effective learning across formats
Developing and conducting on job evaluations for all the associates in the region
Identifying training needs, planning & conducting behavioral/on job trainings based on TNI identified
Reviewing training effectiveness in the unit and conducting re-trainings if necessary.
Conduction on job evaluations and assessments for new joiners
Formulating and setting up training processes in the region
Part of core team for developing & launch of 3L-Career Development Program
Conducted talent segmentation across departments and designations
Developed content for Bar & Lounge modules as part of career development program
Designed framework of Management Trainee program for the company
Conducting audits on different aspect of F&B service at the outlets and designing action plans accordingly.
Responsible for timely completion & submittal of training MIS and Monthly reports
Conducting employee engagement activities for employee.

Planning and organizing various team building activities as a part of Summer & Winter Learn Festivals of MRPL.
Identifying the Training Needs (TNI) on the basis of guest feedback, shop floor observation, guest comments, social media and audits followed by conducting or coordinating OTJ Training for the associates
Delivering or coordinating for conducting training as per the TNIs identified
Auditing and evaluating the training effectiveness for the training conducted
Mapping the training man-hours of departmental training conducted in the hotel
Assisting to develop, coordinate & monitor the hotel monthly/annual training plan & calendar.
Conducted various audits/spot checks in different departments and prepared operation support reports to highlight the defects to concerned department to enhance the guest experience and the WOW Ratio of the unit.
Successfully handled various audits like Internal Audit, Corporate Audit, LRA Audit, EHS Audit, IFH Audit, and Security Audit, ISO-14001 Audit etc.
Responsible for preparing various reports like weekly, monthly, quarterly (WelcomStyle Report, Training Man-hours per Associate etc.).
Conducting shop floor audit for WelcomStyle compliance
Recruiting, rostering and managing Industrial Trainees according to the property budget.
Monitoring the industrial trainees performance ensuring they are developed their maximum potential & efficiency.
Ensuring the recommended quota of departmental trainers is trained for each department.
Responsible to coordinate & organize monthly meetings for all hotel DLCs & trainees in the hotel
Managing hotels grooming lounge and the grooming team, ensuring adequate supplies throughout.
